Meeting client needs

At APPOINT rec2rec, we don’t believe in wasting time.  We will never provide clients with details of a candidate who doesn’t fully meet their needs.  We won’t bombard clients with speculative profiles or CVs – unless they want us to.

If clients are happy to receive regular details of new candidates, they will be entered onto our ‘new candidates monthly update’ and provided with brief details of newly registered candidates.

We ask that clients provide a full job description, detailed company information, and their expectations of the perfect candidate for the role.  We only ever provide clients with details of candidates who fulfil all the requirements of the role.

All of our candidates are thoroughly briefed on vacancies prior to interview, and provided with links to your website, a route map and any other information relevant to the interview.  After every interview,  we contact candidates for honest feedback before contacting our clients to see how they would like to proceed.
