Finding candidates the right role

Rest assured, there is nothing ad hoc about the select and match process at APPOINT rec2rec.  We only take on candidates who we feel we can genuinely place in the right role for them. We listen to our candidates and never put them forward for vacancies that have not been discussed with them individually.

Candidates personal information will never be passed on without prior consent – we absolutely guarantee confidentiality. We do not send CVs to companies outside of a candidates desired location or paying a lower salary than stipulated – unless the candidate has agreed that we can do so.

We provide registered candidates with details of new vacancies before they are advertised and we ensure that candidates are fully briefed in advance of any interview.

APPOINT rec2rec offers a £250 referral fee for any placed candidate referred to us by an existing candidate after they have successfully completed 12 weeks of their new placement.
